The Mikomax Hushphone is a compact acoustic phone booth for one person. At 1000 by 900 mm, it takes up barely one square metre, so you can fit it into a corner of an open-plan office, next to a corridor or in a flex space where there is no room left for a full-size booth.
The fold-out work surface is what makes it useful for more than a quick phone call. You fold it out for your laptop during a video call and fold it back in when you leave, so the booth loses none of its interior space.
Sound insulation reaches 26.9 dB and is certified Class B according to ISO 23351-1:2020, the only European standard that reliably measures the acoustic performance of a booth. For a phone call or video call that is more than enough: your colleagues cannot hear what you are talking about, and you cannot hear them.
The ventilation system refreshes the entire air volume in 80 seconds and starts automatically via a motion sensor, just like the 4000 K LED lighting. So you do not need to switch anything on or off.
On castors, you can move the booth whenever your office layout changes, and a single standard power socket is all you need for installation. Optionally, you can add an ergonomic stool fixed to the floor, or a GreenWall.
The Hushphone is produced in Europe and holds certifications including an EPD, PEFC and a Certified Autism Resource certificate for neurodiverse work environments.
